We take pride in supporting small local businesses by including their goods in our gift baskets. Unfortunately this means that certain items can become unavailable occasionally. If this happens, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to the original item as possible. We will not substitute an item unless the quality meets our demanding standards.

Terms and Conditions

  • All Sales Final: If your item arrives damaged, email us at Wendywithaloha@gmail.com within 7 days, and we’ll gladly replace it.
  • Shipping Address: Please double-check your address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to cover reshipping costs.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Once marked as delivered, we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we’re happy to assist with filing claims with the carrier.
  • Handmade Items: Substitutions may occur if an item is out of stock, but we’ll ensure the replacement is of equal or greater value.
  • Shipping: Orders ship within 1-3 business days. We currently only ship within the U.S.
